It can be argued that if the dream (more on dreams and goals later) is big enough the facts don't count and the funds will be found. .

That statement is annoying it's not what you want to hear nor is it going to solve the challenge of getting started with little or no funds. It broke my heart having to turn away good people as they didn't have the funds to get up and running in my primary business. Thankfully today I have the alternative and there is no reason other than procrastination that will get in your way.
